About us
My Balloon Journey & Family History
My First Spiritual Experience was at the age of 4. My grandfather had died and I would be haunted by him until I moved out of my childhood home in St Clair Shores. I needed something to take my mind off things and used music and balloons to keep my mind at peace. I have been twisting balloons since I was 6 years old. I was only learning from myself, twisting my own designs, making hats and animals out of a book. In the 90's I learned I had a cousin that was on a television series."Head of the Class" Khrystyne Haje is still currently active in others shows on tv.
My Family is also linked with the Vivianos also known as the Viviano Flower Shop. I was asked to come in and work for them but I wanted to open my own business. I was working on several things. One was a 100% Organic fertilizer that was not fatal. All farming I did was organic and no chemicals added. I still use this fertilizer to this day and other recipes that I created to help plants grow better.
A fun Fact of our family history is that it is linked to Thomas Edison. Our family on my side have a spectrum of artists. Some paint and my late great aunt was lovers with Thomas and painted him. However they had a fire in her loft and only a few painting are still in the family.
The History of Clandestine Gardens
Wes Baughman is the C.E.O. of Clandestine Gardens was established in November in 2000. Starting off by growing my own flowers from bulbs and working with seasonal plants that hold well. I was making flower basket arrangements for parties and for birthdays for friends. In 2004 I met Rance & we started to do floral together. I started my path. I worked for several florists and earned the title of Master Designer at more then one location. Summer of 2004 my Master Gardening and being a Master Gardner took off. I was now working on my own species of marigolds and breeding them to control the color and pattern. I have several species of plants now and many hybrids.
When Yahoo Mail came out and computers it was a game changer. Technology was different, plus the AOL, AIM, MSN and even Paltalk I used the same name Mystic Keeper as a stage name. Now it is more of a trademark. For many years to come I continued to do several readings like with tarot and chatting with people that were therapists, other psychics, remote viewers, telepaths or various people in the medical field. I ended up doing some Blog Talk Radio that is also still in archive today. Mystic Midnight & MKFN were the names I used. Just showing the world of my many talents and got to do free readings on people to test myself.
July 3rd-4th 2004 We became the first Gay Couple in Macomb County Michigan to have a Domestic Partnership. We lived in an old showing home or funeral home. It was listed as a historical house. We got married in the house. The laws were changing fast and It was a crime to be gay and before 2 guys could not live with out a woman present in the home. We got a tip about the Partnership and we did it. Soon after we hit dark times. We were pretty much homeless for a couple of years and were looking for work living in hotels and working for temporary. We had several deaths in our family and the floral kept us busy on and off.
Why I took a few years off?
In 2007 I had went blind in one eye 100% and the right eye only had so much vision. After all the surgeries and Rehab. Working and Healing with even a leader dog! It was easy to get around with Sophie leading me. Plus made it easy to attend my daughters school functions. She died in 2022 being the last survivor of her liter of leader dog puppies. Only until July 4th 2015 was it legal to marry so we did it. While My relationship with Rance grew and also my abilities were too. I now was having visions, Remote Viewing, Astral Projecting, doing Tarot, Healing with herbs and learning Astrology. I worked on California Psychics, Oranum and Kasamba. I just for a few years now just working for my self vs readings for a company. I still do flowers, farming, readings, and everything eles but not able to drive. That doesn't stop me! We still can deliver and plan your event and still am currently. We are more Private now and with more added features.

Our goal is to make your event or gathering the best it can be without costing you the high prices. We learned how to be financially frugal with our supplies, resources and the cost of things. We don't have the overhead of many workers so it helps us cut cost to you. We have people to help if needed to do a big party that I known several years. Know the background and is respectful to the client and the company. We always ensure all your options to you. Somethings are just pricey cause of the market.
You will know that if we did your wedding that we could marry you with Rance & I both ordained. I learned how to identify all plants and flowers like a horticulturist. If you give me a picture of what you want I know how to make it as a match. I am certified by Telefloral, Member of Peba, Betallic & Qualetex Certs to know how to dissect the vending items requested.
We are able to be Wedding Coordinators from doing to many weddings in our past. But we also Picked up being a Funeral Floral Coordinating & Display Service. Meaning we will attend the funeral to arrange and place personal floral items in a a theme or style to suit the mood. Knowing the Funeral Homes of Michigan sort of helps to give a personal touch.

Balloon Jams In Macomb County Michigan
Balloons have exploded into so many sub groups due to the balloon jams and events that evolved into what we have today. Due to the lack of Clowns and Balloon Vendors that I am willing to Teach to be Certified in all of my Balloons. I network with many balloonist from all over the world. Bring more to your balloon game. Request to be a member of a hidden group outside all social media.
Balloon Figures
If you give me a heads up I will do a demo of your figure. If you do not like the demo we can change it so it will be perfect for you. All sizes of figures will be priced by the level of effort. Now that I pretty much can make anything it seems easy so the price goes down due to that. It also helps that I will twist them faster. You can have a pick up a day early if you request that. I also will do random free balloons to people & their kids on social media. Make sure you add me on all platforms.
Balloon Masks
All balloon masks are unique in design and can be made in many ways through balloon manipulations. I do not practice in making these live with people. These are Premade for many reasons. If you have a special theme of your event and like to have a mask made email me the picture I will show you something either made before or we will go with a demo.
Balloon Columns, Photo Frames, Arches & Arbors
These are variously priced and can be made many ways. Some designs are 100% disposable and some are materials to be picked up or you have the option sometimes to buy the materials to keep. When you have your event ask about this option. Ask about the $5 Column! Everyone does selfies and perfect for events like reunions and such. If you want us to do a school event request a head of time so we can go though the school board of your choice.
Balloon Backdrops
We have 3 versions of this style of ballooning. Each has its own layering and sub themes.
Type 1, Balloon backgrounds with just balloons that are all woven together and have no mechanics to pick up. Type 2, Balloons with a frame and has a figure or many on it. and a layer of fabric or logo design of choice. Extra money added to the bill to design your own background layout. Must order a head of time for allowing shipping. Type 3, large island figures built to take pictures next to. Trees, people, or a logo of your choice.
